What’s Going on in the Nursery
Spring is nearly here and the Japanese maple buds buds are starting to swell!!
are starting to show their stunning Fall colors!
We just got a whole bunch of new Japanese maple and conifer grafts ready and added to the website and we are furiously grafting many new varieties of Japanese maples for Spring! 🙂
Most of our Summer and Winter grafts will be ready in about a week. I have already started adding new varieties to the website! I’m really excited about all the new Japanese maple varieties we are adding!
The Japanese Maples started to push last week, we had 68 degree temps! We have had an extremely mild yet long winter. We should have some really nice growth on all of our trees this year. I can’t wait to see the maples fully leafed out!
The Japanese maple Fall colors in the nursery are outstanding right now! We had a warm sunny Fall here in the Pacific Northwest, so our Fall colors are very intense! Some of the maples are just starting to peak! Here are a few images. 11-19-11.

So much beauty! I am about to make my first order for two maples! I cannot wait to get them and get them started on their way to being one of the most fabulous elements of my yard! Your photos are incredible and what made me decide on your company over others!

I have been involved with bonsai for over fifty yrs. Some of my collected bonsai starters have become specimen landscape plants. I have four items in my cart but I am hesitant because I don’t know where you are located and transit conditions. Although the weather here is cool and our spring is almost a month behind what is normal that may not be true in other parts of the country. Please respond so I can decide whether to order now or wait to order early next year.
